Hi,

i have a problem installing MSU, i am not able to install any of the three services,

i checked the permissions and i reinstalled moodle again, but still have the same problem, "error on installing"

any idea ? thank you.

Hi,

I'm installing MSU on Windows Server 2008 R2, currently I have successfully adding SmartPart as a webpart to Sharepoint 2010, but having problem loading the usercontrols into sharepoint.

I received the following errors:
Error: unable to load ~\/UserControls\MSULogin.ascx
Details: Could not load type 'MSU_UserControls.MSULogin'.

I followed all the steps in the manual installation, did I miss something?

Please help. Thank you.

Ive just joined this site and want to know what the latest developments are etc around MSU.

We run the latest version of Moodle on IIS, SQL pushing PHP. I want to integrate with WSS.

Suggestions etc and things to check before we start would be welcomed.

Firstly I have moodle and sharepoint running on 2 different servers to start with.

Sharepoint services 3.0 is running on windows2k8 x64 IIS 7

Moodle is running on windows2k3 x64 IIS6

I am not sure if this is possible to work this way but in the diagram in the installation guide you show different servers for each.

I would put moodle and sharepoint on the same server if I could figure out how, but I am not sure how to change the port of the moodle site because it seems to only work on port 80

With the above setup if I try to install the MSU_WebService it says "error in installation"

I was attempting to install it on the sharepoint server (windows2k8 x64)

I am a little confused as to the purpose of this project.

Couldn't one achieve the exact same result by simply configuring LDAP/ActiveDirectory authentication within Moodle?

Further, one could enable transparent SSO via NTLM or Kerberos, thus completely removing the need for any manual login to Moodle whatsoever.

I need to install MSU But i have a problem so Please help me to solve it.
When i am trying to install MSU i have also a problem with install MSU_WebPart after i fill the all required data in the wizard i click install.
after that an error message shown.
this error message said exactly this:install failed try again! System.Windows.Forms.MouseEventArgs.
that is my problem so i can't install MSU_WebPart please help me to solve this problem with my thanks.

After I installed MSU_WebService i found some problems in moodle site. When i return the old index.php to the login folder in moodle directory the moodle work perfectly.
please help me to solve this problem.
